Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products

All products on SOPBazaar are digital documents delivered instantly by download after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, sales are generally final once the document has been downloaded.

2. Cancellation

• An order can be cancelled for a full refund if you have not downloaded the document. Email us within 24 hours of payment with your order number.
• If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no order is created. Any amount debited is reversed by your bank or Razorpay automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

3. When we give a full refund

• The file is corrupt or will not open, and we cannot send a working copy within 48 hours.
• The content is clearly different from the title, description or preview pages.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You paid but the document was not delivered, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.

4. When we do not give a refund

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• The document needs to be adapted to your site. All documents are templates (see the Disclaimer).
• An auditor or customer did not accept a document you used.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email shailendra.007chauhan@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Seller earnings

When an order is refunded, the seller's earning on that order is reversed.
